Ventilov\u00fd rozvod je jednou z nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edch sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed motoru automobilu. \u0158\u00edd\u00ed p\u0159\u00edvod vzduchu do v\u00e1lc\u016f motoru a odpov\u00edd\u00e1 za odvod v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm ventilov\u00e9ho rozvodu se uv\u00e1d\u00ed do pohybu rotuj\u00edc\u00ed klikov\u00fd h\u0159\u00eddel, kter\u00fd n\u00e1sledn\u011b slou\u017e\u00ed k otev\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed a zav\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed ventil\u016f. To se obvykle prov\u00e1d\u00ed pomoc\u00ed rozvodov\u00e9ho \u0159emene nebo \u0159et\u011bzu. Spr\u00e1vn\u011b funguj\u00edc\u00ed ventilov\u00fd rozvod je z\u00e1rukou optim\u00e1ln\u00edho chodu cel\u00e9ho motoru.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/div>\n    <\/div><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Jak_funguje_rozvod_motoru\"><\/span><strong>Jak funguje rozvod motoru?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ventilov\u00fd rozvod p\u00edstov\u00e9ho motoru je syst\u00e9m, kter\u00fd zaji\u0161\u0165uje ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed ventil\u016f &#8211; sac\u00edho a v\u00fdfukov\u00e9ho &#8211; tak, aby byla do v\u00e1lce p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bna n\u00e1pl\u0148 a spaliny vznikl\u00e9 spalov\u00e1n\u00edm byly z v\u00e1lce odv\u00e1d\u011bny. Spr\u00e1vn\u00fd pr\u016ftok sm\u011bsi v\u00e1lci a odvod spalin je umo\u017en\u011bn pr\u00e1v\u011b t\u00edm, \u017ee podle toho funguje \u010dasov\u00e1n\u00ed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ventily se otev\u00edraj\u00ed a zav\u00edraj\u00ed pomoc\u00ed tzv. va\u010dkov\u00e9ho h\u0159\u00eddele nebo dvou va\u010dkov\u00fdch h\u0159\u00eddel\u00ed (v z\u00e1vislosti na typu motoru). Na samotn\u00fdch va\u010dkov\u00fdch h\u0159\u00eddel\u00edch jsou tzv. va\u010dky, kter\u00e9 zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed, \u017ee se ventily otev\u00edraj\u00ed a zav\u00edraj\u00ed v optim\u00e1ln\u00edm intervalu, aby motor mohl spr\u00e1vn\u011b pracovat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Konstrukce_ventiloveho_rozvodu\"><\/span><strong>Konstrukce ventilov\u00e9ho rozvodu<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jak jsme se ji\u017e zm\u00ednili, rozvodov\u00e9 \u00fastroj\u00ed motoru je cel\u00fd syst\u00e9m, jeho\u017e sou\u010d\u00e1sti jsou ur\u010deny k p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed n\u00e1pln\u011b do v\u00e1lce p\u00edstov\u00e9ho motoru a k odv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed rozpracovan\u00fdch plyn\u016f z n\u011bj. Ventilov\u00fd rozvod hraje d\u016fle\u017eitou roli p\u0159i synchronizaci \u010dinnosti klikov\u00e9ho a va\u010dkov\u00e9ho h\u0159\u00eddele. Rozvodov\u00fd \u0159emen nebo \u0159et\u011bz umo\u017e\u0148uje spr\u00e1vnou synchronizaci klikov\u00e9ho a va\u010dkov\u00e9ho h\u0159\u00eddele. Va\u010dkov\u00fd h\u0159\u00eddel se ot\u00e1\u010d\u00ed dvakr\u00e1t pomaleji ne\u017e klikov\u00fd h\u0159\u00eddel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u010casov\u00e1n\u00ed si b\u011b\u017en\u011b spojujeme s \u0159emenem nebo \u0159et\u011bzem. Ve skute\u010dnosti je rozvodov\u00fd \u0159emen nebo \u0159et\u011bz podstatnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed cel\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu. V\u00fdm\u011bna rozvodov\u00e9ho \u0159emene by se nikdy nem\u011bla prodlu\u017eovat, proto\u017ee p\u0159i jeho prasknut\u00ed obvykle dojde k v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9mu po\u0161kozen\u00ed motoru.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rozvodov\u00fd syst\u00e9m ovl\u00e1d\u00e1 kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 sou\u010d\u00e1sti motoru, a proto by se jeho pravideln\u00fd servis nem\u011bl zanedb\u00e1vat. Krom\u011b pravideln\u00e9 v\u00fdm\u011bny rozvodov\u00e9ho \u0159emene je tak\u00e9 d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pravideln\u011b m\u011bnit olej &#8211; nap\u00edn\u00e1k rozvodov\u00e9ho \u0159emene pracuje pod tlakem oleje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V motorech dne\u0161n\u00edch automobil\u016f se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 \u0159ada sn\u00edma\u010d\u016f. Jedn\u00edm z nich je sn\u00edma\u010d polohy va\u010dkov\u00e9ho h\u0159\u00eddele. Jeho \u00fakolem je optimalizovat a kontrolovat tzv. f\u00e1ze \u010dasov\u00e1n\u00ed. Tento sn\u00edma\u010d je standardn\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed automobil\u016f s motory, kter\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed tzv. prom\u011bnn\u00e9 f\u00e1zov\u00e1n\u00ed va\u010dkov\u00e9ho h\u0159\u00eddele. M\u00edra slo\u017eitosti modern\u00edch motor\u016f je dal\u0161\u00edm argumentem pro v\u010dasnou v\u00fdm\u011bnu ventilov\u00e9ho rozvodu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Nejcastejsi_poruchy\"><\/span><strong>Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed poruchy<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><b>V modern\u00edch motorech jsou ventily s p\u00edsty tak bl\u00edzko u sebe, \u017ee i nepatrn\u00e1 odchylka v \u010dasov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k nevratn\u00e9mu selh\u00e1n\u00ed jednotky. Kolize mezi ventilem a p\u00edsty vyvol\u00e1 \u0159et\u011bzovou reakci. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kdy\u017e se v d\u016fsledku \u0161patn\u011b funguj\u00edc\u00edho ventilov\u00e9ho rozvodu ohnou p\u00edsty, motor ztrat\u00ed kompresi a n\u00e1sledn\u011b dojde i k po\u0161kozen\u00ed hlavy motoru. K tomu doch\u00e1z\u00ed, kdy\u017e zlomen\u00fd ventil proraz\u00ed d\u00edru v hlav\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nejhor\u0161\u00ed situace nast\u00e1v\u00e1, kdy\u017e se zcela p\u0159etrhne rozvodov\u00fd \u0159emen nebo \u0159et\u011bz. Jedn\u00e1 se zejm\u00e9na o \u0161kub\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159i startov\u00e1n\u00ed motoru, citeln\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdkon a zv\u00fd\u0161enou spot\u0159ebu paliva. Tyto p\u0159\u00edznaky by se nem\u011bly podce\u0148ovat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Vymenit_nebo_nevymenit\"><\/span><strong>Vym\u011bnit, nebo nevym\u011bnit?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u00fdm\u011bna rozvodov\u00e9ho \u0159emene nebo \u0159et\u011bzu by se nikdy nem\u011bla prodlu\u017eovat. \u0158emen by se m\u011bl m\u011bnit maxim\u00e1ln\u011b ka\u017ed\u00fdch 100 000 km. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b rozvodov\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzu je \u017eivotnost obvykle 300-400 000 km.
