Proto bylo ji\u017e v 80. letech minul\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed zavedeno takzvan\u00e9 na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed R49 a od po\u010d\u00e1tku 90. let plat\u00ed v Evropsk\u00e9 unii a EHP normy EURO. Rozvoj technologi\u00ed a rostouc\u00ed pov\u011bdom\u00ed o \u017eivotn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed vedou ke st\u00e1le p\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm norm\u00e1m, kter\u00e9 sm\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed k udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 a ekologick\u00e9 budoucnosti silni\u010dn\u00ed dopravy. Poj\u010fme sledovat v\u00fdvoj t\u011bchto norem, po\u010d\u00ednaje normou Euro 4 a kon\u010de posledn\u00edmi inovacemi, kter\u00e9 zavedly normy <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.autodna.cz\/blog\/euro-6\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Euro 6<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.autodna.cz\/blog\/euro-7-nova-emisni-norma\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Euro 7<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Od_kdy_plati_norma_EURO_4\"><\/span><strong>Od kdy plat\u00ed norma EURO 4?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><div class=\"info-frame-container info-frame-bulb info-iframe-border--yellow\">\n      <div class=\"info-frame-icon info-frame-bulb\"><\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<div class=\"info-frame-header info-frame-header-blue\"><b>Informace<\/b><\/div>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"info-frame-content\"><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Norma EURO 4 byla vypracov\u00e1na a schv\u00e1lena na za\u010d\u00e1tku roku 2005 a plat\u00ed pro automobily vyroben\u00e9 od roku 2006. Jin\u00fdmi slovy, pokud bylo vozidlo poprv\u00e9 registrov\u00e1no po 1. lednu 2006, muselo b\u00fdt ji\u017e upraveno tak, aby spl\u0148ovalo normu EURO 4.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/div>\n    <\/div><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u010ctvrt\u00e1 iterace opat\u0159en\u00ed pro mezn\u00ed hodnoty emis\u00ed v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f a \u010d\u00e1stic platila de facto po dobu p\u011bti let. Je pravda, \u017ee nov\u00e9 normy &#8211; pozd\u011bji ozna\u010dovan\u00e9 jako EURO 5a &#8211; byly schv\u00e1leny ji\u017e v z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2009, ale v platnost vstoupily a\u017e v lednu 2011. Do t\u00e9 doby musela nov\u011b registrovan\u00e1 vozidla spl\u0148ovat normu EURO 4. V roce 2006 se v\u0161ak ji\u017e norma EURO 4 nepou\u017e\u00edvala.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EURO 3 &#8211; 01.2001-12.2005<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>EURO 4 OD 01.2006 DO 12.2010<\/b><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EURO 5 OD 01.2011 DO 08.2015<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Jaky_je_emisni_limit_pro_tuto_normu\"><\/span><strong>Jak\u00fd je emisn\u00ed limit pro tuto normu?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Emisn\u00ed limity EURO upravuj\u00ed sm\u011brnice 98\/69\/ES a 2002\/80\/ES pro v\u0161echny osobn\u00ed automobily, zat\u00edmco motocykly a dal\u0161\u00ed dvoukolov\u00e1 vozidla (nap\u0159. mopedy) a t\u0159\u00edkolov\u00e1 vozidla jsou d\u00e1le up\u0159esn\u011bny na\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm 168\/2013.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Za zm\u00ednku stoj\u00ed, \u017ee b\u011bhem platnosti normy EURO4 pro osobn\u00ed automobily se na dvoukolky a t\u0159\u00edkolky vztahovala emisn\u00ed norma Euro III. V jejich p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b byly p\u0159edpisy EURO IV zavedeny a\u017e v roce 2017, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e n\u011bkdy pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 ozna\u010den\u00ed jedn\u00e9 arabsk\u00fdmi a druh\u00e9 \u0159\u00edmsk\u00fdmi \u010d\u00edslicemi m\u00e1 usnadnit jejich rozli\u0161en\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Pripustne_emisni_normy_pro_automobily_se_zazehovym_motorem\"><\/span><strong>P\u0159\u00edpustn\u00e9 emisn\u00ed normy pro automobily se z\u00e1\u017eehov\u00fdm motorem<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CO: 1 g\/km<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HC: 0,1 g\/km<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NOx: 0,08 g\/km<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zaveden\u00ed normy EURO 4 p\u0159ineslo v\u00fdrobc\u016fm pom\u011brn\u011b v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 zm\u011bny, nebo\u0165 byli nuceni sn\u00ed\u017eit emise ve v\u0161ech dosud testovan\u00fdch \u0159ad\u00e1ch na polovinu. V\u00fdrazn\u011b byly sn\u00ed\u017eeny p\u0159\u00edpustn\u00e9 emisn\u00ed normy pro oxid uhelnat\u00fd, uhlovod\u00edky a oxidy dus\u00edku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u00fdznamn\u00e9 je, \u017ee v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b vozidel se z\u00e1\u017eehov\u00fdmi motory nebylo dosud rozhodnuto o emisn\u00edch norm\u00e1ch pro pevn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice. Ty byly testov\u00e1ny a\u017e od normy EURO 5, ale i v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pouze u motor\u016f s p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdm vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00edm (nap\u0159. GDI, FSI a TFSI, JTS).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Limitni_hodnoty_EURO_pro_automobily_se_vznetovymi_motory_vznetovy_motor\"><\/span><strong>Limitn\u00ed hodnoty EURO pro automobily se vzn\u011btov\u00fdmi motory (vzn\u011btov\u00fd motor)<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CO: 0,5 g\/km<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NOx: 0,25 g\/km<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HC+NOx: 0,3 g\/km<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PM: 0,025 g\/km<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Norma EURO 4 pro automobily se vzn\u011btov\u00fdmi motory p\u0159inesla men\u0161\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed oxidu uhelnat\u00e9ho (z 0,64 na 0,50 g\/km), ale v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed oxid\u016f dus\u00edku a pevn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic. V obou p\u0159\u00edpadech byly povolen\u00e9 emise sn\u00ed\u017eeny na polovinu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pr\u00e1v\u011b tato posledn\u00ed zm\u011bna vedla k tomu, \u017ee se dieselov\u00e9 vozy za\u010daly vybavovat filtrem pevn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic, tzv. filtrem DPF nebo FAP. Bez DPF by vozidlo obvykle nespl\u0148ovalo normy, kter\u00e9 ji\u017e byly pova\u017eov\u00e1ny za velmi vysok\u00e9. Zaveden\u00ed normy EURO 4 bylo tak\u00e9 jedn\u00edm z d\u016fvod\u016f, pro\u010d motory vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed syst\u00e9m common rail z\u00edskaly v\u00fdhodu oproti motor\u016fm zalo\u017een\u00fdm na vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010derpadlem. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b posledn\u011b jmenovan\u00fdch bylo velmi obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 splnit nov\u00e9 emisn\u00ed po\u017eadavky.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Emisni_norma_EURO_IV_pro_dvoukolova_a_trikolova_vozidla\"><\/span><strong>Emisn\u00ed norma EURO IV pro dvoukolov\u00e1 a t\u0159\u00edkolov\u00e1 vozidla<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CO: 1,14 g\/km<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HC: 0,17 g\/km<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NOx: 0,09 g\/km<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Motocykly &#8211; a v\u0161echna ostatn\u00ed dvoukolov\u00e1 nebo t\u0159\u00edkolov\u00e1 vozidla &#8211; mus\u00ed od roku 2017 spl\u0148ovat pouze normu EURO IV. Oproti d\u0159\u00edve platn\u00fdm limit\u016fm byly sn\u00ed\u017eeny p\u0159\u00edpustn\u00e9 hodnoty emis\u00ed oxidu uhelnat\u00e9ho a oxid\u016f dus\u00edku a tak\u00e9 emis\u00ed oxid\u016f vod\u00edku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ktera_vozidla_pouzivaji_normu_EURO_4\"><\/span><strong>Kter\u00e1 vozidla pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed normu EURO 4?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na v\u011bt\u0161inu vozidel se vztahuj\u00ed emisn\u00ed normy platn\u00e9 v Evropsk\u00e9 unii a Evropsk\u00e9m hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9m prostoru. Pat\u0159\u00ed mezi n\u011b vozidla jako nap\u0159:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Osobn\u00ed automobily s benz\u00ednov\u00fdm motorem<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Osobn\u00ed automobily se vzn\u011btov\u00fdm motorem<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Motocykly (dvoukolov\u00e1 vozidla) s benz\u00ednov\u00fdm motorem o objemu nejm\u00e9n\u011b 150 cm3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Autobusy<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">T\u011b\u017ek\u00e1 n\u00e1kladn\u00ed vozidla<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Traktory a zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e9 stroje<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Automobily poprv\u00e9 registrovan\u00e9 od 1. ledna 2006 (a motocykly registrovan\u00e9 od roku 2017) mus\u00ed spl\u0148ovat normu EURO 4. V\u0161echna vozidla vyroben\u00e1 po tomto datu se musela p\u0159edem podrobit p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdm test\u016fm a prok\u00e1zat spln\u011bn\u00ed normy EURO &#8211; jinak by se nesm\u011bla prod\u00e1vat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Starsi_vozy_splnujici_normu_EURO_4\"><\/span><strong>Star\u0161\u00ed vozy spl\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed normu EURO 4<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To, \u017ee byl v\u016fz vyroben p\u0159ed rokem 2006, v\u0161ak automaticky neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee nespl\u0148uje normy EURO 4. To byl nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159\u00edpad Mitsubishi Carisma s motorem GDI, mimochodem \u201ep\u0159edch\u016fdce\u201c modern\u00edch, s\u00e9riov\u011b vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00fdch motor\u016f s p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdm vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00edm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V roce 2000 byly jednotky GDI modernizov\u00e1ny tak, aby spl\u0148ovaly po\u017eadavky normy EURO 4, a\u010dkoli v\u00fdroba samotn\u00e9ho modelu skon\u010dila v roce 2004, tedy dva roky p\u0159edt\u00edm, ne\u017e nov\u00e1 emisn\u00ed norma vstoupila v platnost.
