Pr\u00e1v\u011b nov\u00e9 p\u0159edpisy donutily v\u00fdrobce automobil\u016f hledat lep\u0161\u00ed a ekologi\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. Co p\u0159inesla norma EURO 5?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Od_kdy_plati_norma_EURO_5\"><\/span><strong>Od kdy plat\u00ed norma EURO 5?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prvn\u00ed normy pro spalov\u00e1n\u00ed &#8211; tehdy je\u0161t\u011b zn\u00e1m\u00e9 jako p\u0159edpis R49 &#8211; byly p\u0159edstaveny ji\u017e v 80. letech 20. stolet\u00ed. Od t\u00e9 doby se v\u0161ak mnoh\u00e9 zm\u011bnilo. V Evropsk\u00e9 unii a Evropsk\u00e9m hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9m prostoru byly zavedeny st\u00e1le p\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159edpisy, v\u010detn\u011b normy EURO 5, kter\u00e1 op\u011bt upravuje p\u0159\u00edpustn\u00e9 limity emis\u00ed pevn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic, oxid\u016f dus\u00edku, oxidu uhelnat\u00e9ho a uhlovod\u00edk\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ta byla schv\u00e1lena ji\u017e v z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2009, ale bylo zapot\u0159eb\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edho roku a p\u016fl tzv. vacatio legis. Term\u00edn pro vstup normy v platnost byl tedy 1. leden 2011 pro automobily s benzinov\u00fdmi a naftov\u00fdmi motory. Po\u010d\u00e1tkem ledna 2013 byla emisn\u00ed norma EURO aktualizov\u00e1na na tzv. normu EURO 5b.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pro motocykly a dal\u0161\u00ed dvoukolov\u00e1 a t\u0159\u00edkolov\u00e1 vozidla plat\u00ed od roku 2020 norma EURO V &#8211; n\u011bkdy ozna\u010dovan\u00e1 pro rozli\u0161en\u00ed \u0159\u00edmskou \u010d\u00edslic\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Jaky_je_emisni_limit_pro_tuto_normu\"><\/span><strong>Jak\u00fd je emisn\u00ed limit pro tuto normu?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Norma EURO 5 stanovuje r\u016fzn\u00e9 mezn\u00ed hodnoty emis\u00ed v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f a \u010d\u00e1stic, oxidu uhelnat\u00e9ho nebo oxid\u016f dus\u00edku, kter\u00e9 obsahuj\u00ed, pro benzinov\u00e9 a naftov\u00e9 motory a tak\u00e9 pro motocykly. V\u00fdrobci automobil\u016f byli nuceni experimentovat s nov\u00fdmi \u0159e\u0161en\u00edmi, jako je vracen\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f zp\u011bt do spalovac\u00ed komory, rozs\u00e1hl\u00e1 mont\u00e1\u017e filtru pevn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic, pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed katalyz\u00e1tor\u016f SCR a aditiv do paliva.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Limity_EURO_5_pro_osobni_automobily_se_zazehovym_motorem\"><\/span><strong>Limity EURO 5 pro osobn\u00ed automobily se z\u00e1\u017eehov\u00fdm motorem:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CO 1 g\/km<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HC: 0,1 g\/km<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NOx: 0,06 g\/km<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">VOC: 0,068 g\/km<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PM: 0,005 g\/km (pro vozidla s p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdm vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00edm)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pokud jde o p\u0159\u00edpustn\u00e9 emise oxidu uhelnat\u00e9ho a uhlovod\u00edk\u016f u automobil\u016f se z\u00e1\u017eehov\u00fdmi motory, mezi normami <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autodna.cz\/blog\/euro-4\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EURO 4<\/a> a EURO 5 se nic nezm\u011bnilo. Byl v\u0161ak sn\u00ed\u017een limit pro emise oxid\u016f dus\u00edku. Za\u010dalo se p\u0159ezkoum\u00e1vat uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek (VOC) do ovzdu\u0161\u00ed a poprv\u00e9 byly zkoum\u00e1ny pevn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice u benzinov\u00fdch motor\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Emisni_limity_EURO5_pro_vozidla_se_vznetovymi_motory\"><\/span><b>Emisn\u00ed limity EURO5 pro vozidla se vzn\u011btov\u00fdmi motory:<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CO: 0,5 g\/km<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NOx: 0,18 g\/km<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HC+NOx: 0,23 g\/km<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PM: 0,005 g\/km<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pevn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice: 6,0\u00d710^11\/km (m\u011b\u0159eno v t\u00e9to podob\u011b od ledna 2013).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Podle normy EURO 5 z\u016fstaly p\u0159\u00edpustn\u00e9 \u00farovn\u011b emis\u00ed oxidu uhelnat\u00e9ho stejn\u00e9. Maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed emise oxid\u016f dus\u00edku a kombinovan\u00e1 hodnota oxid\u016f dus\u00edku a uhlovod\u00edk\u016f v\u0161ak byly sn\u00ed\u017eeny. Limit pro emise pevn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic byl v\u00fdrazn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017een, a to a\u017e p\u011btkr\u00e1t. Od roku 2013 a normy 5b se m\u011b\u0159\u00ed i kvantitativn\u011b &#8211; bez filtru pevn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic je jejich dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed prakticky vylou\u010deno.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Pro_motocykly_a_jina_dvoukolova_a_trikolova_vozidla\"><\/span><b>Pro motocykly a jin\u00e1 dvoukolov\u00e1 a t\u0159\u00edkolov\u00e1 vozidla:<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CO: 1,0 g\/km<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HC: 0,1 g\/km<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NOx: 0,06 g\/km<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PM: 0,0045 g\/km<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NMHC: 0,068 g\/km<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><div class=\"info-frame-container info-frame-magnifier info-iframe-border--blue\">\n      <div class=\"info-frame-icon info-frame-magnifier\"><\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<div class=\"info-frame-header info-frame-header-orange\"><b>Zv\u011bdavost<\/b><\/div>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"info-frame-content\"><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zaveden\u00ed normy EURO V pro motocykly zahrnovalo tak\u00e9 novou kategorii &#8211; emise nemethanov\u00fdch uhlovod\u00edk\u016f, zkr\u00e1cen\u011b NMHC (non-methane hydrocarbons).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/div>\n    <\/div><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"U_kterych_vozidel_se_pouziva_norma_EURO_5\"><\/span><strong>U kter\u00fdch vozidel se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 norma EURO 5?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Norma EURO 4 plat\u00ed nejen pro osobn\u00ed automobily a motocykly, ale tak\u00e9 pro autobusy, n\u00e1kladn\u00ed automobily a dal\u0161\u00ed vozidla. S normou EURO 5 se objevilo rozd\u011blen\u00ed. \u201eP\u00e1t\u00fd d\u00edl\u201c obl\u00edben\u00e9ho p\u0159edpisu se tedy vztahuje na:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">lehk\u00e1 osobn\u00ed a u\u017eitkov\u00e1 vozidla (v souladu s na\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm 715\/2007),<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dvoukolov\u00e1 a t\u0159\u00edkolov\u00e1 vozidla (v souladu s na\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm 168\/2013).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><div class=\"info-frame-container info-frame-bulb info-iframe-border--yellow\">\n      <div class=\"info-frame-icon info-frame-bulb\"><\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<div class=\"info-frame-header info-frame-header-green\"><b>Informace<\/b><\/div>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"info-frame-content\"><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Norma EURO 5 se proto vztahuje na osobn\u00ed vozidla (kategorie M) se vzn\u011btov\u00fdmi a z\u00e1\u017eehov\u00fdmi motory, motocykly a t\u0159\u00edkolky (kategorie L) a lehk\u00e1 u\u017eitkov\u00e1 vozidla (kategorie N1 a N2). Pro n\u00e1kladn\u00ed vozidla a autobusy byly vypracov\u00e1ny odli\u0161n\u00e9 p\u0159edpisy, a to i proto, \u017ee se zm\u011bnil zp\u016fsob vyjad\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kodliv\u00fdch emis\u00ed (ji\u017e ne v gramech na kilometr jako d\u0159\u00edve, ale v gramech na kilowatthodinu).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/div>\n    <\/div><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Co_je_to_SCR\"><\/span><strong>Co je to SCR?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">St\u00e1le p\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed nov\u00e9 normy nut\u00ed v\u00fdrobce hledat pokro\u010dil\u00e1 a v jejich c\u00edlech ekologick\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. Jedn\u00edm z p\u0159\u00edklad\u016f je zaveden\u00ed syst\u00e9mu SCR do vozidel se vzn\u011btov\u00fdmi motory. Syst\u00e9m SCR neboli selektivn\u00ed katalytick\u00e1 redukce je ur\u010den ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed \u0161kodliv\u00fdch l\u00e1tek, v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b oxid\u016f dus\u00edku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V \u010dem spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 selektivn\u00ed katalytick\u00e1 redukce? Kapalina AdBlue se pod tlakem vst\u0159ikuje do po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti v\u00fdfukov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu, katalyz\u00e1toru SCR. Mo\u010dovina obsa\u017een\u00e1 v t\u00e9to kapalin\u011b se p\u0159i vysok\u00e9 teplot\u011b m\u011bn\u00ed na amoniak, kter\u00fd v p\u0159\u00edtomnosti oxid\u016f dus\u00edku reaguje a rozkl\u00e1d\u00e1 je na dus\u00edk a vodu &#8211; produkty, kter\u00e9 jsou zcela bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 pro \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Katalyz\u00e1tory SCR je\u0161t\u011b nebyly u diesel\u016f EURO 5 na denn\u00edm po\u0159\u00e1dku. K jejich roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed vedla norma <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autodna.cz\/blog\/euro-6\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EURO 6<\/a>, kter\u00e1 povoluje mnohem ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed pod\u00edl NOx ve v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynech.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bohu\u017eel ani tato technologie nen\u00ed bez nev\u00fdhod &#8211; a vozidlo vybaven\u00e9 SCR katalyz\u00e1tory m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt problematick\u00e9 zejm\u00e9na v zim\u011b (kapalina AdBlue zamrz\u00e1 ji\u017e p\u0159i -11 \u00b0C). Jak\u00e9koli z\u00e1vady v syst\u00e9mu mohou m\u00edt za n\u00e1sledek n\u00e1kladn\u00e9 opravy, ale tak\u00e9 naru\u0161it provoz motor\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Co_je_EGR\"><\/span><strong>Co je EGR?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vedle SCR a filtr\u016f pevn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic je EGR (Exhaust Gas Retention) dal\u0161\u00edm zp\u016fsobem, jak v\u00fdrobci automobil\u016f zvy\u0161uj\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnost paliva. Montuje se do benzinov\u00fdch (SI) i naftov\u00fdch motor\u016f &#8211; tedy bez ohledu na pou\u017eit\u00e9 palivo. Smyslem je vracet \u010d\u00e1st v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f do spalovac\u00ed komory nam\u00edsto do atmosf\u00e9ry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ventily EGR pak odv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f &#8211; p\u0159es speci\u00e1ln\u00ed chladi\u010d &#8211; zp\u011bt do sac\u00edho syst\u00e9mu. C\u00edlem NEN\u00cd tzv. dopalov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f, ale sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed teploty a zpomalen\u00ed a zklidn\u011bn\u00ed spalov\u00e1n\u00ed, a t\u00edm i sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed \u0161kodliv\u00fdch emis\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nechyb\u00ed motorist\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou ochotni motor definitivn\u011b zbavit EGR ventilu, ale nen\u00ed to vhodn\u00e9 (ani leg\u00e1ln\u00ed). P\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edtomnost funk\u010dn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu nem\u00e1 vliv na chov\u00e1n\u00ed vozu. Nezvy\u0161uje apetit po palivu a nezhor\u0161uje v\u00fdkon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nev\u00fdhodou jsou v\u0161ak usazeniny, kter\u00e9 se hromad\u00ed jak na syst\u00e9mu EGR, tak na prvc\u00edch filtru pevn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic.
