Porad\u00edme v\u00e1m tak\u00e9, jak ovl\u00e1dat digit\u00e1ln\u00ed tachograf a co d\u011blat pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti va\u0161\u00ed i ostatn\u00edch na silnic\u00edch. Zveme v\u00e1s ke \u010dten\u00ed!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Digitalni_tachograf_co_to_je_a_jak_to_funguje\"><\/span><b>Digit\u00e1ln\u00ed tachograf: co to je a jak to funguje?<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Digit\u00e1ln\u00ed tachograf je jedn\u00edm ze z\u00e1kladn\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed instalovan\u00fdch v automobilech se speci\u00e1ln\u00edmi vlastnostmi, kter\u00e9 hl\u00eddaj\u00ed pracovn\u00ed dobu \u0159idi\u010de. V pam\u011bti digit\u00e1ln\u00edho tachografu byste m\u011bli hledat informace mimo jin\u00e9 o:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">jak\u00e1 byla doba j\u00edzdy a doba p\u0159est\u00e1vky, tedy mezip\u0159ist\u00e1n\u00ed,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rychlost vozidla,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">vzd\u00e1lenost ujet\u00e1 vozidlem.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Po\u017eadavek m\u00edt tachograf v ka\u017ed\u00e9m n\u00e1kladn\u00edm vozidle vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 z p\u0159edpis\u016f pro silni\u010dn\u00ed dopravu &#8211; \u00damluvy AETR z roku 1970, p\u0159edpis\u016f Rady EHS a ES a Evropsk\u00e9ho parlamentu a tak\u00e9 n\u00e1rodn\u00edch p\u0159edpis\u016f pro jednotliv\u00e9 zem\u011b. Digit\u00e1ln\u00ed tachograf se instaluje do n\u00e1kladn\u00edch vozidel nad 3,5 tuny, autobus\u016f ur\u010den\u00fdch pro p\u0159epravu v\u00edce ne\u017e 9 osob a turistick\u00fdch autobus\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><div class=\"info-frame-container info-frame-bulb info-iframe-border--yellow\">\n      <div class=\"info-frame-icon info-frame-bulb\"><\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<div class=\"info-frame-header info-frame-header-blue\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Informace<\/span><\/div>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"info-frame-content\"><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tachograf je za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 sb\u00edr\u00e1 \u00fadaje o pracovn\u00ed dob\u011b \u0159idi\u010d\u016f a zp\u016fsobu pohybu vozidla na silnic\u00edch. Podnikatel je povinen ode\u010d\u00edtat \u00fadaje z tachografu. \u00dadaje z tachografu se kontroluj\u00ed tak\u00e9 p\u0159i silni\u010dn\u00edch kontrol\u00e1ch.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/div>\n    <\/div><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Typy_tachografu\"><\/span><b>Typy tachograf\u016f<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b je digit\u00e1ln\u00ed tachograf pova\u017eov\u00e1n za z\u00e1kladn\u00ed typ tachografu. Pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed digit\u00e1ln\u00edch tachograf\u016f je vy\u017eadov\u00e1no platn\u00fdmi p\u0159edpisy v zem\u00edch Evropsk\u00e9 unie a Spojen\u00e9m kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed. V minulosti se v\u0161ak \u010dast\u011bji pou\u017e\u00edvaly analogov\u00e9 tachografy. Analogov\u00fd tachograf zaznamen\u00e1val \u00fadaje o vozidle d\u00edky referen\u010dn\u00edmu kolu pohybuj\u00edc\u00edmu se uvnit\u0159 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Byl vybaven speci\u00e1ln\u00edmi zuby, kter\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148ovaly odhadovat \u00fadaje, jako je rychlost ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed p\u0159evodovky. Analogov\u00e9 tachografy zaznamen\u00e1valy tyto informace na tzv z\u00e1znamov\u00e9 listy, kter\u00e9 musel \u0159idi\u010d dodate\u010dn\u011b ru\u010dn\u011b vyplnit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee bylo pom\u011brn\u011b snadn\u00e9 fal\u0161ovat data z analogov\u00fdch tachograf\u016f, nesm\u011bj\u00ed b\u00fdt od roku 2006 instalov\u00e1ny do automobil\u016f. Od konce 21. srpna 2023 maj\u00ed b\u00fdt nov\u011b registrovan\u00e1 vozidla vybavena chytr\u00fdmi tachografy. Po 31. prosinci 2024 bude nutn\u00e9 vym\u011bnit tachografy star\u0161\u00edho typu za nov\u00e9. Od 20. srpna 2025 bude v mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edm provozu vy\u017eadov\u00e1na v\u00fdm\u011bna tachograf\u016f prvn\u00ed generace za tachografy druh\u00e9 generace, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e od 1. \u010dervence 2026 ji\u017e na silnic\u00edch nepotk\u00e1v\u00e1me star\u0161\u00ed tachografy. V\u00edce o tachografech druh\u00e9 generace najdete na konci tohoto \u010dl\u00e1nku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Zasady_spravne_obsluhy_digitalniho_tachografu_%E2%80%93_jak_obsluhovat_tachograf\"><\/span><b>Z\u00e1sady spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 obsluhy digit\u00e1ln\u00edho tachografu &#8211; jak obsluhovat tachograf?<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u011bt\u0161ina digit\u00e1ln\u00edch tachograf\u016f m\u00e1 tla\u010d\u00edtka pro dva \u0159idi\u010de k vysunut\u00ed karet a p\u0159ep\u00edna\u010d mezi \u0159idi\u010di. Maj\u00ed tak\u00e9 tla\u010d\u00edtka pr\u00e1ce, p\u0159est\u00e1vky a \u010dek\u00e1n\u00ed. Uvnit\u0159 digit\u00e1ln\u00edho tachografu je m\u00edsto pro termopap\u00edr \u2013 nezapome\u0148te m\u00edt v\u017edy s sebou dv\u011b n\u00e1hradn\u00ed role. Tachograf se aktivuje p\u0159i nastartov\u00e1n\u00ed vozidla. Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pot\u00e9 za\u010dne po\u010d\u00edtat pracovn\u00ed dobu \u0159idi\u010de.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00e1le obsahuje informace o tom, kter\u00e1 karta je aktu\u00e1ln\u011b vlo\u017eena do za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, \u010das, rychlost a ujet\u00e9 kilometry. Na lev\u00e9 stran\u011b tachografu je obvykle m\u00edsto pro prvn\u00edho \u0159idi\u010de a na prav\u00e9 stran\u011b pro druh\u00e9ho \u0159idi\u010de, pokud cestuj\u00ed spole\u010dn\u011b. Ka\u017ed\u00fd den, kdy\u017e za\u010dnete pracovat, mus\u00edte nastavit v\u00fdchoz\u00ed zemi sv\u00e9 trasy \u2013 i kdy\u017e jste p\u0159es noc nevyjmuli kartu \u0159idi\u010de z tachografu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chcete-li zkontrolovat, kolik \u010dasu \u0159idi\u010d aktu\u00e1ln\u011b tr\u00e1v\u00ed za volantem, m\u016f\u017eete stisknout \u0161ipku dol\u016f. Pot\u00e9 z\u00e1znamov\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed zobraz\u00ed \u00fadaje o ujet\u00e9 dob\u011b od posledn\u00ed zast\u00e1vky a uk\u00e1\u017ee dobu odpo\u010dinku nebo po\u010det ujet\u00fdch hodin za posledn\u00ed dva t\u00fddny. Digit\u00e1ln\u00ed tachograf umo\u017e\u0148uje prov\u00e9st obecn\u00fd tisk posledn\u00edch 24 hodin, ud\u00e1lost\u00ed (nap\u0159. p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed rychlosti) nebo pracovn\u00ed doby. Data se ukl\u00e1daj\u00ed do pam\u011bti digit\u00e1ln\u00edho tachografu, tak\u017ee si m\u016f\u017eete kdykoli vytisknout informace o jin\u00e9m dni.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><div class=\"info-frame-container info-frame-bulb info-iframe-border--yellow\">\n      <div class=\"info-frame-icon info-frame-bulb\"><\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<div class=\"info-frame-header info-frame-header-blue\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Informace<\/span><\/div>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"info-frame-content\"><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0158idi\u010d m\u016f\u017ee za dva t\u00fddny str\u00e1vit za volantem maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 90 hodin, proto jsou tachografy vybaveny funkc\u00ed pro po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed a s\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed hodin za posledn\u00ed dva t\u00fddny.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/div>\n    <\/div><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Karta_ridice_%E2%80%93_dulezity_nastroj_v_souvislosti_s_provozem_tachografu\"><\/span><b>Karta \u0159idi\u010de \u2013 d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd n\u00e1stroj v souvislosti s provozem tachografu!<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ka\u017ed\u00fd, kdo chce \u0159\u00eddit vozidlo, mus\u00ed m\u00edt kartu \u0159idi\u010de. Za prv\u00e9 se tachograf spust\u00ed po vlo\u017een\u00ed karty \u0159idi\u010de, za druh\u00e9 je to nezbytn\u00fd n\u00e1stroj pro \u0159idi\u010de vy\u017eadovan\u00fd z\u00e1konem. Karta \u0159idi\u010de umo\u017e\u0148uje identifikaci osoby, kter\u00e1 \u0159\u00edd\u00ed vozidlo p\u0159i silni\u010dn\u00ed kontrole, a tak\u00e9 p\u0159i\u0159azen\u00ed jej\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f z tachografu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Obsluha_tachografu_%E2%80%93_skolici_a_podpurne_nastroje\"><\/span><b>Obsluha tachografu &#8211; \u0161kolic\u00ed a podp\u016frn\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee obsluha za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed se m\u00edrn\u011b li\u0161\u00ed a pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed digit\u00e1ln\u00edho tachografu m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pro mnoho lid\u00ed problematick\u00e9, je \u0161kolen\u00ed v pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed tachograf\u016f v dopravn\u00edm pr\u016fmyslu velmi obl\u00edben\u00e9. P\u0159i takov\u00e9m v\u00fdcviku se vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed simul\u00e1tory, tedy pomocn\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje, na kter\u00fdch se \u0159idi\u010di u\u010d\u00ed ovl\u00e1dat za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Pro\u010d je spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 fungov\u00e1n\u00ed digit\u00e1ln\u00edho tachografu tak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9? V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pochyben\u00ed p\u0159i silni\u010dn\u00edch kontrol\u00e1ch jsou ud\u011blov\u00e1ny vysok\u00e9 pokuty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kalibrace_a_legalizace_digitalniho_tachografu\"><\/span><b>Kalibrace a legalizace digit\u00e1ln\u00edho tachografu<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kalibrace tachografu je nutn\u00e1 minim\u00e1ln\u011b jednou za dva roky a v\u017edy, kdy\u017e m\u011b\u0159ic\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed nefunguje spr\u00e1vn\u011b. Nem\u011blo by se zapom\u00ednat, proto\u017ee nezkalibrovan\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed je z\u00e1kladem pro vystaven\u00ed j\u00edzdenky \u0159idi\u010di a ulo\u017een\u00ed pokuty firm\u011b, pro kterou pracuje. Jakmile je za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed zkalibrov\u00e1no, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt legalizov\u00e1no.
