je to konec automobil\u016f se spalovac\u00edmi motory?<\/a><\/li><li class='ez-toc-page-1 ez-toc-heading-level-3'><a class=\"ez-toc-link ez-toc-heading-12\" href=\"https:\/\/www.autodna.cz\/blog\/euro-7-nova-emisni-norma\/#Co_se_starsimi_auty_ktera_nesplnuji_nove_normy_EURO_7\" >Co se star\u0161\u00edmi auty, kter\u00e1 nespl\u0148uj\u00ed nov\u00e9 normy EURO 7?<\/a><\/li><li class='ez-toc-page-1 ez-toc-heading-level-3'><a class=\"ez-toc-link ez-toc-heading-13\" href=\"https:\/\/www.autodna.cz\/blog\/euro-7-nova-emisni-norma\/#Budou_auta_po_zavedeni_emisni_normy_EURO_7_drazsi\" >Budou auta po zaveden\u00ed emisn\u00ed normy EURO 7 dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed?<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/nav><\/div>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\"><strong>\u010cas b\u011b\u017e\u00ed a nov\u00e1 norma emis\u00ed v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f EURO 7 z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 z\u00e1hadou.<\/strong> <strong>Objevuje se kolem n\u00ed mnoho ot\u00e1zek a pochybnost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt nutn\u011b pravdiv\u00e9.<\/strong> <strong>Dosud nen\u00ed jasn\u00e9, jak\u00e9 budou kone\u010dn\u00e9 c\u00edle nov\u00e9 emisn\u00ed normy EURO, ani kdy kone\u010dn\u011b vstoup\u00ed v platnost.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">Emisn\u00ed normy<strong> Euro 4<\/strong>, <strong>Euro 5<\/strong> a <strong>Euro 6 <\/strong>sehr\u00e1ly kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli p\u0159i zlep\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed kvality ovzdu\u0161\u00ed a sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed dopadu automobilismu na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed. V souvislosti s neust\u00e1le se vyv\u00edjej\u00edc\u00edmi technologiemi a rostouc\u00edm pov\u011bdom\u00edm o \u017eivotn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed v\u0161ak Evropsk\u00e1 unie zav\u00e1d\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed stupe\u0148 normalizace &#8211; Euro 7. Nov\u00e1 norma m\u00e1 za c\u00edl d\u00e1le omezit emise v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f, zv\u00fd\u0161it \u00fa\u010dinnost motor\u016f a pou\u017e\u00edt pokro\u010dil\u00e9 technologie ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed dopadu dopravy na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Norma Euro 7 p\u0159edstavuje dal\u0161\u00ed krok sm\u011brem k udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 mobilit\u011b, pokra\u010duje v cest\u011b inovac\u00ed zapo\u010dat\u00e9 d\u0159\u00edv\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi emisn\u00edmi normami a je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdm prvkem v \u00fasil\u00ed o ekologi\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed budoucnost silni\u010dn\u00ed dopravy.<\/p>\n<h2 data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kdy_zacne_platit_norma_EURO_7\"><\/span><strong>Kdy za\u010dne platit norma EURO 7?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Evropsk\u00e1 komise pl\u00e1nuje, \u017ee norma EURO 7 bude platit pro automobily registrovan\u00e9 od roku 2025<\/strong> &#8211; pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b od 1. ledna nebo 1. \u010dervence. U n\u00e1kladn\u00edch vozidel a autobus\u016f se o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee zaveden\u00ed normy EURO 7 bude trvat o dva roky d\u00e9le.<\/p>\n<p>Aby v\u0161ak nov\u00e9 vozy spl\u0148ovaly aktualizovanou normu EURO, mus\u00ed se s n\u00ed automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl v\u010das sezn\u00e1mit. To v \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nen\u00ed jist\u00e9, proto\u017ee a\u010dkoli byl n\u00e1vrh kone\u010dn\u011b &#8211; 10. listopadu 2022 &#8211; zve\u0159ejn\u011bn, kone\u010dn\u00e1 verze p\u0159edpis\u016f se objev\u00ed a\u017e v roce 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Ji\u017e nyn\u00ed je zn\u00e1mo, \u017ee nov\u00e1 norma nebude tak p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e1, jak se automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl ob\u00e1val. V\u017edy\u0165 p\u0159i prvn\u00edch ozn\u00e1men\u00edch bylo otev\u0159en\u011b \u0159e\u010deno, \u017ee <em>spln\u011bn\u00ed na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed nen\u00ed technicky re\u00e1ln\u00e9<\/em>, byl ohl\u00e1\u0161en <em>konec spalovac\u00edch motor\u016f<\/em> a organizace z r\u016fzn\u00fdch zem\u00ed Evropy alarmovaly.<\/p>\n<p>Do jak\u00e9 m\u00edry k tomu p\u0159isp\u011bly protesty a do jak\u00e9 m\u00edry Evropsk\u00e1 komise realisticky zhodnotila sv\u00e9 z\u00e1m\u011bry v\u016f\u010di spalovac\u00edm motor\u016fm, je t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 \u0159\u00edct. Podpora elektromobil\u016f oproti spalovac\u00edm motor\u016fm nen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdm tajemstv\u00edm, ale &#8220;ekologick\u00fd p\u0159echod&#8221; v doprav\u011b vy\u017eaduje \u010das a nov\u011b zaveden\u00e9 normy pro v\u00fdfukov\u00e9 plyny nesm\u00ed b\u00fdt nemo\u017en\u00e9 splnit. Zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee si to rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed \u010dinitel\u00e9 EU uv\u011bdomuj\u00ed &#8211; a to je pro automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl jist\u011b dobr\u00e1 zpr\u00e1va. V ka\u017ed\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nen\u00ed o protesty proti EURO 7 nouze, stejn\u011b jako nen\u00ed nouze o hlasy, kter\u00e9 tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee novou emisn\u00ed normu lze na \u00farovni EU je\u0161t\u011b zablokovat.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><div class=\"info-frame-container info-frame-bulb info-iframe-border--yellow\">\n      <div class=\"info-frame-icon info-frame-bulb\"><\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<div class=\"info-frame-header info-frame-header-blue\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">INFORMACE<\/span><\/div>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"info-frame-content\"><\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">Normy EURO &#8211; evropsk\u00e9 emisn\u00ed normy pro vozidla &#8211; plat\u00ed v EU od po\u010d\u00e1tku 90. let, i kdy\u017e jejich p\u016fvod je je\u0161t\u011b star\u0161\u00ed. V tomto <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autodna.pl\/blog\/normy-emisji-spalin-euro\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">pr\u016fvodci emisn\u00edmi normami<\/a> vysv\u011btlujeme, co se zm\u011bnilo se zaveden\u00edm postupn\u00fdch p\u0159edpis\u016f a co jednotliv\u00e9 normy EURO znamenaly nejen pro \u0159idi\u010de automobil\u016f.<\/p>\n<p><strong><\/div>\n    <\/div><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.autodna.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/euro-7.webp\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-867 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.autodna.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/euro-7.webp\" alt=\"euro 7\" width=\"768\" height=\"592\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.autodna.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/euro-7.webp 768w, https:\/\/www.autodna.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/euro-7-300x231.webp 300w, https:\/\/www.autodna.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/euro-7-624x481.webp 624w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Jake_jsou_dosud_plany_pro_novou_normu\"><\/span><strong>Jak\u00e9 jsou dosud pl\u00e1ny pro novou normu?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">Norma EURO 7 je v\u00fdrazem \u0161etrnosti k \u017eivotn\u00edmu prost\u0159ed\u00ed a v\u00fdzvou pro v\u00fdrobce automobil\u016f (fot. ArtisticOperations\/Pixabay)<\/p>\n<p><em>Advisory Group on Vehicle<\/em> Emission <em>Standards, co\u017e je Poradn\u00ed skupina pro<\/em> emisn\u00ed <em>normy vozidel<\/em>, ji\u017e p\u0159ed n\u011bjakou dobou vypracovala obs\u00e1hlou zpr\u00e1vu, kter\u00e1 elektrifikovala toto odv\u011btv\u00ed. Odborn\u00edci t\u00e9to organizace navrhli, aby byly na v\u00fdrobce kladeny extr\u00e9mn\u011b p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e9 po\u017eadavky, kter\u00e9 by podpo\u0159ily novou emisn\u00ed normu EURO 7. Mimo jin\u00e9 postulovali:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed limitu pro emise oxid\u016f dus\u00edku na 0,03 g\/km nebo dokonce 0,01 g\/km<\/strong> (automobily spl\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed normu EURO 6 mohly vypou\u0161t\u011bt 0,06 g\/km NOx u benzinov\u00fdch spalovac\u00edch motor\u016f nebo 0,08 g\/km oxid\u016f dus\u00edku u diesel\u016f).<\/li>\n<li><strong>zp\u0159\u00edsn\u011bn\u00ed po\u017eadavk\u016f na emise oxidu uhelnat\u00e9ho na 0,3 nebo 0,1 g\/km<\/strong> (ze sou\u010dasn\u00fdch 1 g\/km pro benz\u00ednov\u00e9 motory a 0,5 g\/km pro naftov\u00e9 motory).<\/li>\n<li><strong>omezen\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdch emis\u00ed oxidu uhli\u010dit\u00e9ho (CO2) u v\u0161ech model\u016f v nab\u00eddce jednotliv\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u016f na 30 g\/km<\/strong> (pro srovn\u00e1n\u00ed, dosud p\u0159ijat\u00e9 pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 emise jsou 95 g\/km, v z\u00e1vislosti p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na hmotnosti voz\u016f p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 zna\u010dky mohou b\u00fdt tyto po\u017eadavky o n\u011bco vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed nebo ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Norma EURO 7 ve sv\u00e9 p\u016fvodn\u00ed form\u011b p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dala omezen\u00ed emis\u00ed na \u00farove\u0148, kter\u00e1 by v praxi vedla k t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 \u00fapln\u00e9 eliminaci osobn\u00edch automobil\u016f se spalovac\u00edm motorem. C\u00edlem bylo povzbudit \u0159idi\u010de k hromadn\u00e9mu vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed elektromobil\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ocekavane_zmeny_v_procesu_analyzy_vyfukovych_plynu\"><\/span><strong>O\u010dek\u00e1van\u00e9 zm\u011bny v procesu anal\u00fdzy v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>T\u00edm v\u0161ak nov\u00e9 p\u0159edpisy, kter\u00e9 budou muset nov\u00e1 vozidla spl\u0148ovat, a\u017e vstoup\u00ed v platnost norma EURO 7, nekon\u010d\u00ed. Evropsk\u00e1 unie by tak\u00e9 r\u00e1da vid\u011bla <strong>zm\u011bny zku\u0161ebn\u00edho postupu RDE<\/strong>, tj. <em>Real Driving Emissions<\/em>, kter\u00fd byl <strong>zaveden s n\u00e1sledn\u00fdmi aktualizacemi normy EURO 6<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00da\u0159edn\u00edci by si p\u0159\u00e1li, aby se roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159ily podm\u00ednky, za kter\u00fdch by automobily musely plnit c\u00edle sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed, co\u017e mimo jin\u00e9 znamen\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00ed povinnost sledovat parametry osobn\u00edch automobil\u016f. V platnost by tak\u00e9 vstoupila novela prodlu\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed regulovanou \u017eivotnost vozidla.<\/p>\n<p>Dosud se v\u00fdrobci nov\u00fdch automobil\u016f zav\u00e1zali splnit po\u017eadavky na 160 000 kilometr\u016f ujet\u00fdch dan\u00fdm vozem. Zaveden\u00ed na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed v navrhovan\u00e9 podob\u011b by tento rozsah zv\u00fd\u0161ilo na 15 let nebo 240 000 km, \u010d\u00edm\u017e by se \u010dasto pokryla prakticky cel\u00e1 \u017eivotnost vozidla.<\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00edm &#8220;p\u0159ekvapen\u00edm&#8221;, kter\u00e9 by zaveden\u00ed normy EURO 7 p\u0159ineslo, by bylo zru\u0161en\u00ed <strong>tolerance pro m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed PEMS<\/strong> (testov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed automobil\u016f v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m provozu). Dosud byla tolerance 25-30 mg. (fot. Ahim Scholty\/Pixabay)<\/p>\n<p>Z hlediska \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed zn\u00ed v\u0161e v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9 velmi dob\u0159e.
