Nejlep\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edkladem toho je Evropa, kde se syst\u00e9m d\u00e1lnic po desetilet\u00ed rozv\u00edjel bezprecedentn\u00edm zp\u016fsobem a tempem. <strong>Nesporn\u00fdm hegemonem a vzorem pro n\u00e1sledov\u00e1n\u00ed na tomto poli je N\u011bmecko<\/strong>, pr\u00e1v\u011b n\u00e1\u0161 z\u00e1padn\u00ed soused vytvo\u0159il kult pohodln\u00e9ho, \u200b\u200bbezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho a rychl\u00e9ho cestov\u00e1n\u00ed osobn\u00edmi automobily, motocykly a t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdmi vozy. Jak\u00e9 jsou d\u00e1lnice v Evrop\u011b?<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I ostatn\u00ed zem\u011b star\u00e9ho kontinentu ud\u011blaly v t\u00e9to oblasti velk\u00fd pokrok, d\u00edky \u010demu\u017e n\u00e1m umo\u017en\u00ed dojet na okraj kontinentu v p\u00e1r des\u00edtek hodin j\u00edzdy po d\u00e1lnic\u00edch za kari\u00e9rov\u00fdmi \u010di dovolenkov\u00fdmi \u00fa\u010dely. Zat\u00edmco N\u011bmecko si jako ekonomick\u00fd magn\u00e1t kontinentu st\u00e1le nemus\u00ed dovolit \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 m\u00fdtn\u00e9 pro osobn\u00ed automobily, jin\u00e9 zem\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 syst\u00e9my v\u00fdb\u011bru m\u00fdtn\u00e9ho ji\u017e del\u0161\u00ed dobu. M\u011bjme na pam\u011bti, \u017ee ministerstvo financ\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 zem\u011b nekon\u010d\u00ed se sv\u00fdmi v\u00fddaji, kdy\u017e jsou st\u00e1tn\u00ed silnice a d\u00e1lnice uvedeny do ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed \u2013 pak jsou nekone\u010dn\u00e9 pot\u0159eby souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00edm silnic v \u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9m stavu, aktu\u00e1ln\u00edmi opravami, \u00fadr\u017ebou parkovi\u0161\u0165 u silnic nebo odkl\u00edzen\u00edm sn\u011bhu v zim\u011b v z\u00e1jmu bezpe\u010dnosti v\u0161ech u\u017eivatel\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Dalnicni_znamky\"><\/span><strong>D\u00e1lni\u010dn\u00ed zn\u00e1mky<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>V mnoha evropsk\u00fdch zem\u00edch m\u016f\u017eeme projet zpoplatn\u011bn\u00e9 \u00faseky silnic leg\u00e1ln\u011b t\u00edm, \u017ee si p\u0159edem zakoup\u00edme d\u00e1lni\u010dn\u00ed zn\u00e1mky. <strong>Tento typ m\u00fdtn\u00e9ho se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 mimo jin\u00e9 ve \u0160v\u00fdcarsku, \u010cesku, Rakousku, Slovensku, Rumunsku, Ma\u010farsku, Slovensku a Slovinsku. V uzav\u0159en\u00e9m syst\u00e9mu vyb\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed plateb si \u0159idi\u010d vyzved\u00e1v\u00e1 j\u00edzdenku u vjezdov\u00fdch bran &#8211; poplatek se ale vyb\u00edr\u00e1 a\u017e u br\u00e1ny kon\u010d\u00edc\u00ed placen\u00fd \u00fasek. V paraleln\u00edm syst\u00e9mu otev\u0159en\u00e9ho v\u00fdb\u011bru platby za konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed d\u00e1lni\u010dn\u00ed \u00fasek prov\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed p\u0159edem &#8211; na startovn\u00ed br\u00e1n\u011b. J\u00edzda po zpoplatn\u011bn\u00e9m \u00faseku d\u00e1lnice pak zahrnuje \u010dast\u00e9 zastavov\u00e1n\u00ed na m\u00edstech v\u00fdb\u011bru m\u00fdta.<\/p>\n<p>\u0158e\u0161en\u00edm tohoto probl\u00e9mu jsou nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed bankovn\u00ed aplikace nebo aplikace syst\u00e9mu e-toll. V aplikaci e-toll u\u017eivatel mus\u00ed zadat v\u0161echny po\u017eadovan\u00e9 \u00fadaje jako registra\u010dn\u00ed zna\u010dku vozidla, zemi registrace a \u0159adu dal\u0161\u00edch. OBU \u2013 kter\u00e9 se plynule propojuje s n\u00e1rodn\u00edmi syst\u00e9my a plat\u00ed p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 dan\u011b, samoz\u0159ejm\u011b v z\u00e1vislosti na kategorii vozidla. V podstat\u011b se z\u00e1m\u011br poda\u0159il, evropsk\u00fd trh se otev\u0159el komer\u010dn\u00edm poskytovatel\u016fm slu\u017eeb pro p\u0159epravu nad 3,5 tuny, jak u\u017eivatel\u016fm osobn\u00edch automobil\u016f, tak i motocykl\u016f. Je k dispozici pouze ve \u0160v\u00e9dsku, Lucembursku, Nizozemsku a D\u00e1nsku. T\u00fdk\u00e1 se pouze vozidel s nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed povolenou hmotnost\u00ed nad 12 tun \u2013 autobusy jsou z n\u00ed vylou\u010deny. Eurovignette se proto zam\u011b\u0159uje na odv\u011btv\u00ed mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed dopravy. M\u00fdtn\u00e9 se plat\u00ed zakoupen\u00edm d\u00e1lni\u010dn\u00ed zn\u00e1mky p\u0159ed vjezdem na \u00fazem\u00ed dan\u00e9ho st\u00e1tu, p\u0159ed zah\u00e1jen\u00edm vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00edstn\u00ed d\u00e1lni\u010dn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b. Sazba m\u00fdtn\u00e9ho se samoz\u0159ejm\u011b neodv\u00edj\u00ed pouze od \u010dasov\u00e9ho r\u00e1mce, kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd je po\u010det n\u00e1prav a st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed vozidla \u2013 emisn\u00ed norma.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Bez_poplatku\"><\/span><strong>Bez poplatk\u016f<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Cestov\u00e1n\u00ed po Evrop\u011b nemus\u00ed v\u017edy znamenat p\u0159emr\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na palivo a d\u00e1lnice. Dal\u0161\u00ed zem\u011b bez poplatk\u016f jsou: Litva, Monako, San Marino, Finsko, Ukrajina, Lucembursko, Nizozemsko, \u0160v\u00e9dsko, D\u00e1nsko, Estonsko a Belgie. <\/strong>V\u00fdjimkou jsou mosty a tunely ve \u0160v\u00e9dsku, Belgii, D\u00e1nsku a Nizozemsku. V <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autodna.cz\/blog\/dalnice-v-polsku\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Polsku ale st\u00e1le najdeme \u0159adu bezplatn\u00fdch \u00fasek\u016f d\u00e1lnic<\/a>. Zdarma projedeme i \u00fasek d\u00e1lnice A1 od \u010desk\u00e9 hranice po Toru\u0148 nebo d\u00e1lnici A2 ze Zgierze do Var\u0161avy.
